Objectives:

• Dr. Weese will provide an overview of antimicrobial use in animals and how it relates to AMR in humans. He will refer to issues and challenges of AMU/AMR in animals, addressing some of the dogmas and oversimplification of this issue. He will also discuss, where does the international community stand on AMR in animals?
